Because our products are personal care items, we’ve created a return policy that prioritizes both your satisfaction and product safety.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
We accept returns only if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will review your case and, if approved, offer:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- refunds are issued to your original payment method
- please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- opened or used products
- items purchased on final sale
- gift cards

Exchanges
