Shipping

Every order ships from Miami, Florida, using Shopify's carrier network. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days anywhere in the United States.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address, so you see the exact figure before you pay. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

Returns

Try it for 30 days.

If the balm is not right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it — even if the jar is open.

Skin is personal. There is no way to know how yours will react until you have used something for a week or two, and we would rather you found out at our risk than kept a jar you do not like.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and a sentence about what did not work. You do not need to send photographs and you do not need to justify it. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return is confirmed.
