Dry and Cracked Hands
If you wash your hands thirty times a day, no lotion will keep up.
Nurses, hairdressers, chefs, cleaners, anyone whose job involves water. Every wash strips a little more, and a water-based cream replaces what was lost for about twenty minutes.
A balm seals instead of soaking. Rub a small amount into the backs of the hands, the knuckles and around the nails — the places that split first. It survives the next wash in a way lotion does not.
Where it matters most
Cracked fingertips and split knuckles hurt out of all proportion to their size. They catch on everything, they are slow to settle, and hand sanitiser opens them again. Those are the spots to cover first, at night, when your hands get eight uninterrupted hours.
Lucy is a healthcare professional
This is the version of the problem she saw every day — her own hands, and her colleagues'. It is the reason the balm exists.
Eight ingredients, no water. A 4 fl oz jar lasts most people four to six months.
